Pros: I just recently purchased a HP Spectre X360 15T. Like everyone else that is moving from a Desktop to a Laptop I needed a docking station to handle all the peripherals. I have 2 external Hard Drives (Western Digital 4TB drive and an old Seagate 500GB drive), an external Dell DVD, B&W MM-1 speakers, an old ASUS monitor and a budget Logitech wireless mouse and keyboard. Pros: Worked great right out of the box; connected my Samsung 27″ HDMI monitor, and Network cable to the unit, connected the USB cable to the new Lenovo Carbon X1 Generation 6 and it all works! Saved over $100 vs the Lenovo option from another vendor! We are using a Logitech M780 keyboard and a MS ARC Mouse in Bluetooth mode, everything works as expected. Pros: I purchased this for use with a Macbook Pro (A1707, mid-2017 release of the 15″ model). When I plugged in the MBP, everything (video over USB-C Alt-Mode, power delivery over USB-C, and USB peripherals) worked except the wired gigabit ethernet port. According to the packaging the ethernet chipset is Realtek, so I installed the OS X driver from Realtek and that resolved it. Pros: I can connect two ASUS monitors via this device. There is not any problem. My OS is Win 10 64 bit. I did not need to install any software manually. Great! Cons: I spent about 3 min to figure out how to install vertical holder and to remove horizontal holder. But it is OK.

Pros: Works great with a variety of laptops. Solid performance. Much smoother than the Thunderbolt docks which are constantly looking for drivers and often end up blue screening. Cons: If you have a hard drive password, you have to enter it from the laptop keyboard. After that you can use the duct keyboard. Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this product. Especially in a public area where multiple computers will be coming to dock.

Pros: The new stand up design improves stability over previous generation. Easier to use and navigate. Headphone and Mic IO on top make it easy to connect and disconnect headphones. The HDMI and DVI make it easier to connect displays for setups with limited display outputs. Super speed and fully powered USB ports make portable hard drives easily accessible.
