Pros: I am in charge of a medium sized business IT department. I have purchased around 15 of these so far because we are trying to get more mobile. I replaced desktops with laptops and while at their offices the new laptops can perform like the desktops that I pulled out. My users are very happy and that makes my life much easier. So far, they have been easy to install and I have had zero issues with them. Cons: Nothing so far.

Pros: Easy to use with Windows 10. Running two monitors off of it and a network connections. There was no need to install additional drivers or software. Plenty of ports and options. Pros: Facilitated running 2 external monitors from my HP Envy TS 17 Notebook PC through 1 USB 3.0 port. Plug & play. Pros: Bought this for office use and took about 10 minutes to get everything hooked into it. I have recommended it to my boss and a coworker as well. The ease of set up and quick dismount are nice to have when I arrive in the morning and leave work in the evening. Overall Review: If you need a universal dock this is a good product.
