Overall Review: PC arrived in timely fashion however it came without the advertised 3TB HDD and faulty RAM that caused BSoD. The only thing they would offer was remote assistance via phone between the times of 8am-4pm pst. I work well before and after those hours so that wasnt possible. I also fixed the probablem with faulty RAM with swapping out RAM from my previous PC to the new one. All good there but still missing a 3TB HDD. I asked for a partial refund to allow myself to buy these…

Pros: Good amount of ram for gaming Setup is easy Works like a charm Cons: Fans are quite loud You’ll need a wifi adapter for your router if you don’t have it setup near the computer; the PC cannot long-range connect Two ports for the headphones and microphone. You’ll need a headset spitter to use a headset with the mic. Overall Review: It’s great besides for the two very minor problems.

Pros: Everything was great! Customer service was fantastic. The pc runs everything I throw at it. Nice upgrade from my old one! Love it. Cons: Dropped an egg for damaged foot piece on case upon its arrival. Customer service was great and sent me a replacement immediately. Fast response time and communication.
