Pros: I have 6 of these running in a RAID 5 configuration on a Synology NAS 1621+ with 32GB of ram. Installed easily, running very quiet and backed up several Terabytes of data without blinking an eye. Come highly recommended Cons: None Overall Review: Highly Recommended.

Pros: Purchased two 8TB drives to replace the old 1TB drives in my Asustor AS6202T NAS. Working great so far. Nearly twice as fast as the old drives. A bit louder than the old drives. Cons: None noted so far. Overall Review: I would recommend these drives.

Pros: Ordered two. Ran secure erase on both with no errors (yes, 8TB takes overnight… but I like to stress new drives a bit to trust them). Spacious and fast in a USB gen 2 enclosure. Very quiet and runs cool. Cons: Should wait another three years to see the long haul performance but I am also currently running Toshiba HDDs that are now 8-10 years in service with no errors so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Overall Review: Recommend these drives for fast economical data storage.

Pros: Bought two; both formatted easily & and accepted large file transfers without problems. I use these drives in external SATA/USB3 enclosures to keep rotating system backups in a fire safe. Overall Review: Only time will tell.
