Pros: I was late to jump onto the Skyrim bandwagon, and I bought the Special Edition because I didn’t want to deal with separate DLCs and I wanted to test the new graphics. The game is fun to play and beautiful. Although I can’t read the tips during load times becuase it loads too fast, but that’s hardly a critique! Cons: – There is a problem with the mouse sensitivity being glitchy and move looked online to find it’s a common problem that Bethsaida had not yet addressed. – even if you install purely visual mods, it disqualifies you from Steam Acheivements.

Pros: Skyrim is honestly a really fun game. You can explore a lot, have multiple saves, and play it differently each time. You will definitely get your money’s worth. You can use mods on Steam for free! Hearthfire is really obnoxious to build the houses, but they are really, really useful. There’s a sprint button! (I only found it after 200 hours.) It has aged well. Cons: Vampires aren’t worth it in Dawnguard. Stalhrim isn’t as strong as Daedric armor. Overall Review: The main downside that I see to this game is that it’s so easy to spend hundreds of hours in this game in a fairly short period of time, but some people would list it as a pro.

Pros: Fast order and download Cons: Game won’t run, should have researched it more, Steam and Bethesda support have a dozen different threads on this game having issues, lots of varying solutions, none work. If you have a Nvidia card and it is not 10 years old don’t bother. Game doesn’t recognize anything newer, not even a 1650. Support is very generic, looks like a Microsoft support page, reinstall all latest drivers, directx, updates, etc. and a general we have no idea why this doesn’t work. From different forum information Bethesda games appear to be only suitable for Xbox or really old systems even when game is updated for newer systems in spite of what the claims are for compatibility. Save your money, no matter how inexpensive the game, beer is a better way to pour money down the toilet, at least you get a little pleasure and even the hangover if you drink too much is better than the frustration of trying to get the game past the start. The game will claim it is running for4 or 5 minutes when you run it but all it does is try to start and flash back to the library and tell you it is ready to start again. Overall Review: Don’t buy, banging your head on the keyboard is more fun. No useful support. Can’t rate it as no eggs or I would.

Overall Review: I would have ordered through steam if I knew that they had it but going through Newegg wasn’t bad. It was quick, for a third party. Pretty easy too.
