    Pros: Obviously, the large capacity. Cheaper than WD/HGST competing 20TB drives. Cons: This drive is extremely loud when spinning up and during read/writes. One of six I ordered was DOA, didn’t even spin up. Overall Review: I have normally ordered WD and HGST drives, so my initial thought when I heard these Exos X20 drives was that they had internal mechanical issues. After researching, this appears to be “normal” for the Exos line which is disappointing. I’ll look elsewhere next time. Due…

    Pros: When you have a storage device with limited bays, these are great to maximize. Cons: You never get the space advertised because they go by bits instead of bytes, even though they advertise as TB. Overall Review: I would recommend this product to anyone looking to maximize limited bays.
