Pros: Everything!! I ordered an SSA drive in error. I wanted an SATA. I contacted E.O.L. Tech and explained. They immediately sent me what I really wanted and trusted I would return the one I bought (which I did). The replacement was done at no charge. People list this are very few and far between. Cons: Nothing Overall Review: Very happy.

Pros: -Drives were operable and seem to be ok Cons: -exterior drive condition looks used -drive manufacture date is 2014 Overall Review: This item no where says anything about being refurbished and having worked in technology for 20+ years they appear to be. That said, they are operating ok thus far.
