Pros: – comfortable and ergonomic – highly adjustable – some of the trim arrived damaged, but their customer service was absolutely incredible, it was obvious that they cared about my experience with their product Cons: – wheels are less than exceptional, they tend to not want to turn very easily – armrests don’t fold up… if you are into that I guess Overall Review: highly recommended, especially if you get an extra set of replacement wheels, as that is my only major complaint. as previously stated some of the trim arrived broken, but their customer service was able to send me a replacement very quickly, and the chair was still usable in that time. I’d imagine the only reason that trim was broken was that it is made of some kind of plastic.

Pros: Back support Cons: Confert level very low Overall Review: Nice sturdy looking chair however it’s not very comfortable my office chair is more comfortable and cost half the price. it’s not the back support it’s the cushion you sit on after an hour my tailbone starts hurting.

Pros: Easy assembly Affordable Wheels roll well on carpet Cons: Uncomfortable Overall Review: The back of this chair is absolutely uncomfortable and hurts my back. If you’re even slightly wide as a human being it’s gonna leave you in lots of pain because the back is curved on the sides and will press into your kidneys.
