Pros: Well Packaged – lots of cardboard (recyclable) protecting things Fans are PWM speed controlled, and package includes 2 pairs of resistor adapters to enforce slow and super-slow speeds (although most systems will probably use PWM instead of the resistors to control speed) Fans are quiet, even at full speed. Cons: Tricky getting the replacement bracket’s male screw threads to engage into the heatsink’s female threads. Have to get one side scr*wed in about 1 turn (just enough so it…

Pros: -Unmatched air cooling performance. Can even rival if not beat the best AIO coolers out there. -Noctua Fans.. no idea what makes them great but man do they work. -Impressive design. Cons: -Massive! Sticks out like a sore thumb! Personally I like the look of it but some people won’t like how huge it is. -RAM compatibility can be a problem especially with high heat sinks. -Ugly Noctua colored fans.. but their amazing nonetheless. Overall Review: This is without a doubt the best air…

Pros: The best of air cooling – incredibly quiet (going from an AIO to air, you will not miss the swissssh-ing sound of air being forced through an AIO radiator) yet amazingly potent cooing. Keeps my Ryzen 1800X (at idle) around 34C in a 20C ambient room, and well under 60C with all 16 threads burning under linux. Even at full 1500 rpm, both of its fans emit a barely audible low-frequency hum, which I suspect would be imperceptible in any room with foot traffic through it – I run them at…

Pros: Runs cool, comes with all necessary brackets, neat sticker. The normally horrible colors go perfectly with my Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Military Green case Cons: one of the fans when over the ram sticks out too far to close the case… no problem though, just attached a noctua 120mm in its place with the same brackets and used the supplied 140mm fan elsewhere in case Overall Review: The sticker it comes with outclasses the stickers of some of the other components, bit of a shame

Pros: -Cooling, by far, is it’s greatest strength -Quiet fans -Flexible and easy to install mounting system. Cons: -Size can be a big con depending on the case. -Getting the front 140mm fan to fit along with the RAM can by challenging. Overall Review: As it has been mentioned numerous times, your choice in case size will be the deciding factor if you should get this cooler or not. Your gonna need a case that has better than 165mm (7.5 inches) width size. The front 140mm fan can be adjusted…

Pros: In this day and age, the AIO liquid coolers definitely sound great, but given the instances of pump failure/leaks (I realize the percentage is low, but still…), and the relatively loud fans on some of them, I still prefer the full Air route. One of the issues with Air cooling is noise vs. airflow. Here’s where Noctua comes to save the day. With premium fans (liquid bearings, not sleeve), and engineered blade designs, Noctua products definitely move more air at lower noise rates than…

Pros: Bought this for my X470 Ryzen 2700X, but I realised I threw my AMD stock backplate away and couldn’t install this. Contacted Noctua and they quickly sent a backplate free of charge over to me from Austria. This is just fantastic service. Installed it after that, works like a dream. Sounds like a Chinook flying next to me when I am playing heavy duty games, its awesome. Cons: – Colour. Geez

Pros: Enough cooling to keep my overclocked Ryzen 7 1700X at bay. Low 60s celsius under full load. Very strong cooling capabilities, especially coming from an air cooler. Fans are silent during idle. Cons: No cons, but will mention a few things to keep in mind, not a fault of the product. Overall Review: Monstrous cooler, it’s seriously huge. Cooling is great, but do keep in mind the size. I use this cooler in my bequiet! Pure Base 600, and it was a very tight squeeze between the motherboard…
