Pros: Stability-focused no-frills board with the feature set I was looking for. Cons: Taking off one egg because the following situation is not clearly addressed by MSI: Once assembled board would not post. My first guess was it needed a bios update since Ryzen is known to be picky with regards to memory. But how can you flash the bios if i you can’t get into it? Thankfully this board features a bios flash button on the back panel. Follow the instructions from MSI to use this feature. In…

Pros: PCIe 4.0 graphics and NVMe, really excellent performance when paired with parts that can take advantage of it. Clean board layout makes it easy to tidy up wiring inside the case, to improve airflow and expose the fancy Ryzen 7 cooler for viewing. Onboard wifi works great. 8 seconds from POST to login screen on my build. Cons: As usual, the edge connectors for SATA and USB3 point at the hard drive cage and are tough to get connectors on without stressing the board mounts. Needs a BIOS…

Pros: Price is better than most Can upgrade to Zen 3 4 dimm slots 8 pin power (no sure if that’s standard now) Wifi and bluetooth built in (can’t speak for the wifi but my bluetooth headphones can reach half way across the house before cutting out) Cons: Wish it had more sata ports (4 total but I have 5 HDD’s/SSD’s) Not the prettiest board but what do you expect on a lower end board Overall Review: Bought this twice and used it with a Ryzen 7 3700x and Ryzen 5 3600 with no issue. Overclocked…

Pros: – Good quality and has all the features I need for a low price. – Never had any of the problems other reviewers are reporting. Cons: – The antennae probably should have been placed above the USB ports. Overall Review: Before I installed Windows 10, I installed the latest BIOS for this board as a precaution. Judging by the other reviews and my experience so far, I have a suspicion that the BIOS pre-installed on these boards is somehow buggy. However, this isn’t a serious issue…

Pros: – No problems at all with the build. Posted on first try – Solidly built – WIFI setup was effortless – updated BIOS easily, again, no problems – setting boot order to install Windows from USB was stupid easy as well Cons: – i/o shield is really tinny and the tabs to line everything up were easily bent. – only 3 system fan headers (not including pump and cpu fan headers)- something to keep in mind as you set up your build if you’re planning on lots of fans Overall Review: It’s a great…

Pros: – Easy to install – Easy bios update Cons: Minor-CMOS battery gets covered by the graphics card when slotted. Overall Review: Works perfectly if you have no need for multiple slots. I was also able to oc a rx480 quite allot on this board easily. Definitely one of the easiest set ups I’ve had to work with.

Pros: Easy to setup, instructions very clear BIOS management is a snap Cons: None that I can tell so far. Overall Review: This is a good quality motherboard, was able to hook up my Ryzen 5 5600X CPU easily, as well as all the other components. Would recommend this motherboard for anyone looking for a good mid ranged price with good features

Overall Review: Paired this with an ryzen 7 3700x. First, it wouldnt boot. So I flashed the bios with the nice flash feature where you don’t need a cpu or ram to update. With a newly flashed bios, it recognized the processor but would Immediately enter a restart loop before it loaded the os. I tried several bios versions, including the latest stable version and the beta version. But nothing helped. This board had to be returned. This was disappointing. I’ve used MSI motherboards in all my…
