Pros: When the computer starts and runs it seems like a great computer. Cons: First time I started the computer it made a grinding noise (has never gone away) and a warning message saying the CPU is overheating pops up. I have checked the connections a dozen times and everything is tight but this warning persists every time the computer is started. Now my computer won’t run, I can start the computer but it’s super slow and doesn’t run anything and if I try to open ANY programs the computer suts down. I haven’t even ad the computer a full month yet and I’m extremely disappointed. My wife has the same computer and the same exact grinding noise and warning message pops up and her computer has been shutting down during use as well. Extremely disappointed that we spent over $3000 to have a non functioning computer. Overall Review: Both my wife and I got the same computer and they both have the exact same problem so no I can’t recommend this product at all.
