Pros: Won the Shuffle Lottery and beat the unethical scalper scumbags selling these consoles on another online retailer for two- to three-times the MSRP! Thank you, Newegg for thwarting another scalper ripoff and allowing me to buy a Series X at MSRP! One million thumbs up! Cons: Not being able to personally watch scumbag scalper crocodile tears at losing a sale. Overall Review: Scalpers are like drug dealers: They have no regard for the purchaser of their illegal, unethical sales. The scalper’s mantra is “take the money and run!” With the U.S. Federal Trade Commission would find these crooks and put them out of business!

Pros: Faster load times, sharper images, faster gaming. Cons: None so far Overall Review: Coming from Xbox one X as my last console, this console is far superior, Just by cutting loading times in Skyrim and Fallout 4 makes me a happy camper. Plus 120 fps boost almost feels as good as my gaming PC

Pros: Works as expected well built solid machine the tower is very quiet very impressive system. The Xbox ecosystem has become a staple with game pass remote play and PC games everything in one package plus it’s basically impossible to build a comparable system at that price point at least for now. Cons: The Newegg Shuffle makes me accept a controller and headset that’s not needed. So I’ll make lemonade with the two lemon’s and save the headset and controller for birthday time and save money i would have spent then. Win win sort of. The package arrived with transparent tape holding it closed that had window space on the top of the box of about a 1/4 inch i could see into the box and determine it was an Xbox without opening it probably not a good idea for Newegg to use clear transparent tape but maybe that’s all they have in these times. No cons against the Xbox series x itself. Overall Review: Xbox series x makes the most sense when comparing the series S to X especially if you plan to keep it full life cycle.

Pros: + The XBOX-X came bundled the Ultimate Game Pass and an extra controller. These were both extremely useful bundled items. Won in Newegg Shuffle. + Everything came well packaged and on time from Newegg. + The fact the ultimate game pass pairs with PC makes XBox-X and PC gaming more affordable in the long run as compared to PC gaming and maintaining a PS account. + I love the design on the XBox X. The new software interface is easy to use and the M.2 SSD loads games at lightning speed compared with the last version of consoles. Cons: – I have experienced some games (Hitman 3 & SoD 2) freezing upon loading requiring restart of the XBox. – The 1 TB of M.2 SSD fills up fast. You will need to purchase an external drive or delete previously loaded games to keep a full library. – Hardly any of my Xbox One and Xbox 360 games turned out to be backwards compatible. Overall Review: I would hands down recommend the Xbox-X to any serious console and PC gamer. I had been mostly a a PS user since PS1 (own PS1, PS2, PS3, & PS4) and now don’t think I’ll even purchase the PS5 due to the benefits in overlap of the Ultimate Game Pass between Xbox and PC.
