Pros: Good tactile feedback Dual connectivity is a surprisingly convenient feature Insane battery life (advertised) Good build quality Cons: The text on keycaps are printed stickers, which is not quite acceptable at this price point Heavy and bulky which is unnecessary IMHO Non-removable armrest No dedicated num lock indicator Lacks function key shortcuts similar to non-G Logitech multimedia keyboards Media keys are out-of-sync with the overall aesthetics and look cheap No backlighting (understandably would diminish battery life, but I am not looking for fancy RGBs, plain white backlighting would have been perfect and >3 months battery would be sufficient anyway) Boring colour scheme (could be pros for some) Overall Review: If you are looking for a practical mechanical keyboard which happens to be wireless and doesn’t mind the lack of backlighting, G613 is your (potentially the one and only) choice. The pros outweigh the cons and it’s a good pick especially when it is on sale.

Pros: -Wireless with numpad (I have no idea why this is such a rare, niche market…need more of these!) -Keys function kind of in between a Cherry MX red and brown -Uses standard AA batteries, so you can have a set of batteries charged and ready to swap out instantly (built in batteries suck IMO) -My 2400 mAh AA’s last about a month with daily use, which is pretty good -Even though its not metal, its built pretty sturdy -Extra function keys are nice, though take some getting use to (easy to mistake the G1 key for Esc) -Latency really is great (comparable to wired), though you do need to keep the receiver relatively close and away from high-radio-noise sources like wifi routers Cons: -Out of the box, the firmware has an issue where if you leave the keyboard for more than a few minutes, it will drop into a power-save mode. The problem is that the first key you press wakes it from sleep, but if you hold that first key down, the keyboard only recognizes it as a press and not a hold. So, for example, you are in a game and youve been AFK for a few minutes to grab a soda. You come back and try to move your character forward, he’ll only move for a second and stop, even though youre holding down “W”. You have to hit “W” once, let go, then hold “W”. Luckily, they did patch this in later firmwares. -They use Logitech’s proprietary switches…why didnt they just use Cherry MX’s? -Chattering! I own two of these, one for home and work. I use my work one for full typing and it sees much more action than my one at home. I got both of them about 5 months ago. For about the last month, my work one has been key chattering (double/triple registering on a single key press) more and more on the most-used keys, getting to a point where it was borderline unusable. I took it apart and cleaned it, didnt help. Then I tried some “home remedies” I found on the internet, one of which being to hit the problem keys really hard multiple times. Yeah…I ended up breaking the “M” switch in half. Granted, I probably hit it harder than I shouldve, but still… -The “gaming” switch is basically useless faff -Theres no indicator for NumLock (there is a CAPSLOCK one, thankfully) Overall Review: Note: If you get this, install the newest firmware IMMEDIATELY to deal with the obnoxious first-key-press issue. If you are wanting to get this, be aware of the chattering issue. Its not something that will happen immediately, but through extended use. My home one is still working just fine, but my work one is dead (I got them both within a week of each other). Maybe Logitech could have figured out how to fix it if I hadnt been dumb and broke the one key, though Ive heard bad things about Logitech support so I doubt it. As it stands, it appears to be impossible to purchase replacement Rover-G switches for this thing, even if I wanted to deal with the hassle of replacing them. Repairing (one of the obscure perks of a mechanical keyboard) is not an option with this, so if the keys die, the entire keyboard becomes worthless. This is a great keyboard for someone who: -Doesnt do full keyboard typing every day for 8 hours (work environment) -Isnt an elitist snob who either shuns all wireless tech or wont settle for anything other than Cherry MX switches I now purchased a wired Cherry MX keyboard for work simply because I cant trust the G613 with extended use anymore. Maybe mine was a lemon (I havent seen other complaints like mine online), but I just cant give it any more trust. Remember, the chattering on mine started after 5 months…5 MONTHS! Hopefully, my less used home keyboard fares better over time.

Pros: + looks nice + have macros + wireless Cons: – bad software – keep in mind that the receiver for the G series is not unified like other logitech products (not G series) which means if you got logitech gaming mouse and keyboard you need to connect 2 receivers – apparently not that reliable Overall Review: bought it on 24/11/2018, because i wanted a wireless keyboard with macros, that does not look like a “christmas tree keyboard”, 1) less than a year (now its 09/2019) several keys started to register twice on a single press, especially the right shift, which makes me thinking on taking the keyboard and throw it out the window (it makes pycharm/intelij crazy…) 2) the software is horrible, the macros are not activated until the “logitech hub” is running, and sometimes it crash, or if it got a new update then you need to wait for it to download and install, and if you won’t upgrade it, it will not turn on your macros — overall nice keyboard , but this one after failing less than a year, i find it NOT reliable

Overall Review: We are not gamers, but we use these in our bookkeeping business. Excellent key actuation, less mis-typing, comfortable, relatively quiet and the batteries last a very long time. High quality materials and build. Very sturdy and durable. Plus, it is really nice to be able to instantly switch to type on our iPhones and tablets with these keyboards. We cannot recommend the Logitech G613 highly enough!

Overall Review: The phone holder is a bizarre addition, but kind of nice I guess?

Pros: -The programmable keys on the side are very useful. -The Logitech GHub software is very intuitive and user friendly Cons: -Not sure it’s really a con but the keyboard is definitely heavier than any I’ve ever owned. Not sure what internal components necessitate the weight but you aren’t exactly carrying the thing around so it doesn’t really matter. -The programmable keys being so close on the left was new for me so it took some getting used to. I do still hit the G1 key from time to time when going for the Esc key. That’s more of a personal issue than a problem with the keyboard. Overall Review: It’s a no-frills keyboard that just does what you want it to do without difficulty or complication.

Overall Review: I bought this keyboard for gaming mostly but it has been a very reliable addition to my experience! It is fairly heavy, which is nice because it stays in place very well! All things considered, I’m a very happy customer. Thanks!
