Pros: Easy to set up, has a decent camera and microphone, I like the flip down privacy covering. Cons: My setup is not the best lit (window is behind me and to the side), so I do find it hard to get a good image. There is an HD setting available, but this doesn’t help, and neither do the number of goofy instagram-filter style settings available (I’m not sure who those are meant for). This is not necessarily the webcam’s faultI don’t have a ton of experience using different webcamsbut I imagine someone in my situation could probably find something cheaper that does just as well. Overall Review: It’s a decent webcam, but will not do anything special without proper lighting.

Pros: Good picture Ok sound quality High definition video Cons: Stopped working after about 2 months. After 10 minutes of attending a Zoom meeting it will literally freeze and I’ll have to unplug the webcam and plug it back in. This problem occurs across multiple devices. Overall Review: Don’t buy it. Looks good on the surface but it isn’t built to last.

Pros: Good camera Cons: Microphone was not detected at all by my computer, only the camera worked. Overall Review: I would recommend this if I could get the microphone working, otherwise, it just didn’t work.

Pros: Great camera quality Cons: Compatible only with Windows 10 Overall Review: As some others stated – the mic does not work. The marketing info missing is that the microphone on this does not come pre-activated. It requires a separate software called Logi-tune to go in and activate it. I contacted LogiTune support and this was their response: “Unfortunately in your case, because you have a Windows 7 computer, the Logi Tune software won’t work, however because the activation occur in the microphone itself, it mean that you only need to activate the microphone once on any computer with Windows 10 or Mac for it to work on any other computer. ” Be aware this is undisclosed but hopefully someone will read this and recognize what a bad design from Logitech

Pros: Once mic is turned on, it works fine in linux (opensuse 15.3) Camera worked out of the box. Cons: Manufacturer stated there was no way to turn on mic w/o a windoze machine (or mac), but once on, it would remain on. They further stated they would not help with any linux issues. Overall Review: If this had come with the mic on by default, a way to change it using some command, or an actual switch (it comes with a lens cover), then I would gladly have given it a 5/5 rating. I am very happy with it. I don’t think it should be sold without a “windows/mac software requirement” though.
