Pros: Excellent picture Cons: Absolutely awful LG customer service. This was a replacement purchase for an LG 83 in OLED that lasted 7 months. The LG company warranty service was awful. I have bee working on getting the refund promised by LG for four month and still do not have it. NewEgg has been fabulous in their customer service. They should give LG some lessons! Overall Review: TV has best picture available. Just pray you don’t need service from LG. Clearly the worst I have ever delt with.
