Overall Review: TV is beautiful but the delivery was horrible for the 1st one I received. 3rd party delivery service brought 1 person to unload a 77″ TV and the TV was not strapped down so it fell over in the truck and was impaled by a 2 wheeler. NewEgg did an amazing job working with me to get a replacement figured out.

Pros: Normally I order small stuff like digital items or little components no issues buuut.. Cons: I bought this tv and they lost it in mail was supposed to be delivered on the 14th its now the 22nd. So I filed a claim the tracking number hasnt updated at time of writing this still lost at the moment my only negative is how long I have to wait to get my money returned. So I have no tv and cant go out and buy one from a retailer. Newegg is great but who they use to deliver these items is bad CEVA has a ton of really bad reviews with people having same issue and damaged products Overall Review: Overall will I shop with Newegg? Yes but it will only be digital or tiny items. Im disappointed that Im waiting so long to get my money back. Im used to Another company sees that I havent received product and boom money is back in my account.. but thats a risk lesson learned

Overall Review: Optical device outlet does not work, had a call and spent over an hour on LG support and now I have to wait several weeks for the part to arrive. Sucks that they did not do the quality control at the LG factory!

Overall Review: I dont know much about tvs but its the nicest one I have ever owned. It seems to live up to all of the reviews I have read about it. I would recommend it if youre in the market for a good tv that everyone knows works well!

Overall Review: Amazing TV. Love the LG Live app, many options as a replacement to cable TV. Decent sound, beautiful picture quality. Shipping time was decent.
