Pros: I needed it to replace a Friedrich 12000 BTU 18 years old, Almost 1/3 of the other brand price , and works fabulous, dB at 34 average , just TV noise is dB 38 av. both dB 38 av. Cons: No one significant, until now. Overall Review: Easy to install, just unpack install,maybe adjust the size of the box , is smaller than the original Friedrich original, 1 1/2 inches in every side and 1/2 in height, using insulating foam sealant you fix yourself, like me first time I ever did that, and save $80 installation.

Pros: It looks nice Cons: Didn’t work! Turns on makes noise while trying to get cold then just stops. Never blows air, tried every setting, fan speed and put it down to the lowest temperature Overall Review: Can’t really give an honest review because I got a defective A/C unit but since a new item usually doesn’t come defective I gave a bad one. Especially or the price, you would think they would sell a product without issues.
