Pros: Runs like a dream, as an avid gamer this is the perfect processor. Low power consumption, low temperatures. 25-30C idle and 65 C at peak loads. I wasn’t a huge fan of the last gen intel processors, but this is what I more expect from intel… greatness. Cons: None Overall Review: Not a con more of a suggestion when installing the heatsink that comes with this CPU make sure all of the pins are turned the correct direction I recommend using a flashlight because the arrows are somewhat…

Pros: Excellent price / performance ratio. Great Intel boxed CPU packaging as always. Runs cool, yet provides all the oompfh needed. I cannot recommend this CPU highly enough for gaming / general purpose. The benefits of going to the 95W ‘K’ version are minimal, but there are always going to be enthusiasts with money! Cons: The Intel stock heatsink assembly still uses those push-through plastic pins. Although I know they work, they give me the willies because I’ve seen them pop off before….

Pros: -Great CPU, not a bad price Cons: -Doesn’t make pizza Overall Review: I made the jump from AMD to Intel and have no complaints about either. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking to build a new PC as it is a great mix of quality and price.

Pros: This processor has treated me well for a month now with no issues. Pick up a Z170 board with the right BIOS if you want to get everything out of this chip. I OC’d the bclk and run mine at 4 GHz for daily tasks. It’s stable up to 4.3 Ghz so far but still tweaking- I’m impressed. Great value in my opinion. Cons: No defects. This processor runs as specified. Overall Review: I would suggest this to those unwilling to pay a premium for K-processors. You’re getting close to the same…

Pros: Excellent CPU released by Intel, compare it to the i7-6700 and you will see why this is the better buy! Cons: None, Overall Review: Very happy with picking up this CPU, I would absolutely recommend this to others looking to build Intel builds with the new Skylake CPUs

Pros: -Easy to install. Took maybe 20 seconds. -Stock cooler isn’t terrible as long as your case has some good ventilation. I always prefer to use a different thermal compound but that’s preference. Temps settled after a few days has been running smoothly since I fired it up. Cons: -It’s not a K model and like all processors the price went down the week after I snagged one. This is the industry and don’t really take way from the product if you know what you’re getting. I didn’t plan on…

Pros: If your looking for the best 4 core Skylake CPU for gaming rigs, go with this one and never look back. I Chose this over the 6500 and 6600K. Paying an extra 20 bucks gets you an extra 100mhz base speed and 300mhz turbo boost over the 6500. Your also getting the same speeds as the K version minus the overclocking, which in my opinion isnt worth it just to see a 5-10% fps increase. Idles around 36°C and goea no higher than 55°C under max load with stock cooler. I think this should be the…

Pros: This CPU is solid. I’ve been working on Intel Core i5 for years with no problems through multiple computers. Cons: I had not build a PC in a few years, so I was dismayed to find that the CPU comes pinless while the motherboard manufacturers have come up with these crazy delicate solutions to mate the CPU and motherboard together (just search for “bent motherboard pins” to see what I mean). Installing and removing CPU’s used to be fairly easy. Now it’s incredibly stressful and you need…
