Pros: – For the price, this tablet is a steal in terms of value.
– 2.5K resolution on a 13″ display looks so good.
– Laminated screen gives it a satisfying texture.
– Comes with a pretty solid stand.
– Responsiveness is fantastic, zero lag.
– All metal body feels premium. Cons: – Side buttons are okay, but you will probably need to buy a separate keypad.
– No touch screen… but that’s not really a deal breaker for me.
– USB Type C connection is a nightmare… If you want to skip the included cables and connect this tablet to your computer via a single USB Type C cable, then you NEED TO VERIFY that your computer supports USB Type C (DP Alt Mode)!!! Just because your computer has a USB Type C Gen 3.2 port DOES NOT mean that it is USB Type C (DP Alt Mode) compatible!!! The easiest way to figure this out is to check to see if your computer is “thunderbolt” compatible. Unfortunately, my computer did not support “thunderbolt” so I’m stuck using the ugly 3 in 1 cable…
– The included cables are all 1 meter in length, so if you want to draw with this away from your desk you will need to buy extension cables. Personally, I bought 2 UGREEN USB 3.0 extension cables along with 1 UGREEN HDMI 4K extension cable. Also, I used zip ties to organize the cable to the best of my abilities.
– No screen protector included, so I recommend buying TomToc’s 360 case for the 17″ LG Gram laptop. It fits like a glove, and the side pocket is big enough for the Huion stand. Overall Review: TL:DR… this tablet is phenomenal if you’re on a budget.
