Pros: Computer arrived fast with good packaging & tracking number. Had all accessories that were listed. Thank you card and number from the company to call if any problems. I did have a minor problem, I called, they answered promptly (a real person!) Actually wasn’t a problem. But the company was great to work with and was there to help. Would love to order from this company again! Very professional with the “old fashioned” personal service that is missing today! Overall Review: A++++!

Pros: I added another 16 gigd of memory for 32 total and it handles it with no problem. The back lit keyboard is great. Cons: None as of now. Overall Review: This is a great laptop for the price and I will never get another one without the backlit keyboard.

Pros: This product came exactly as advertised. Shipping was fast and the packing was custom foam, I think I could have stood on it and not damaged the computer. I’m not going into detail but I have had this for a while now and inspected it carefully. I have tested every aspect, every component and found no defects. Cons: Came loaded with the typical H.P. bloatware. That lasted as long as it took me to load a fresh clean install of W10 Pro. Overall Review: Yes I would recommend this to…
