Pros: – Looked like new. – Set up quickly and easily. – Real happy with online speed and webcam performance (the main reason for replacing my old computer) Cons: – No HDMI port – No facial recognition Overall Review: I’ve only had this computer for a day, so time will tell, but at this point I am extremely happy with my purchase and am not second guessing my decision.

Overall Review: Have used for a couple of weeks now. If there is a cosmetic blemish somewhere I have yet to find it. The level of performance for the money is outstanding. I assume these units came off lease from a large company. Quite frankly, the performance major corporations found satisfactory a few years ago, more than exceeds my small business needs. Have not tested the battery life yet as my normal usage is in a docking station and need the battery only for the occasional business…

Pros: This refurbished laptop looked brand new and came with a fresh install of windows 10 pro. The 16 GB of memory is so much better than the usual 8GB or the unusable 4GB of RAM. I’m not a gamer so the I5 processor and built in graphics is more than enough power for me. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 256 GB M.2 drive in it instead of an SSD. Pros: Nice lap top when it worked. Cons: Dont buy. Screen goes black on me since 3 weeks of using it. No abuse or dropped. At least once a day I try to power it up and all I get is a black screen and the keyboard blinking at me. Really wish it worked honestly, wasted $400. Also have a line of pixels across the screen go out on me in the middle of working on it. No I didnt drop it, no nothing landed on it, just sat on my desk. Overall Review: Dont buy.
