Overall Review: Shipping was super fast! I was a little concerned when I opened the box and it didn’t seem like there was much for packing. However, upon opening the inner box, the computer appeared fine. The serial numbers, etc on the box didn’t match the computer inside. However, the specs on the computer match what I purchased, and everything is working. Incredibly satisfied with the computer so far!

Pros: Very fast response to issues, Extremely Customer Focused. Understood my issue and bent over backwards to resolve it. Cons: I was shipped the wrong product, once it was identified and i sent them msg they responded, and have worked to ensure that the correct product is in my hands before Christmas. Overall Review: I have to say what started out as a stress filled experience for me, was instantly turned around and i couldn’t be happier with their Customer Focus

Pros: I bought this and it was in S mode. It asks if you want to take it out of S mode into Windows 10 Pro. I was prompted to upgrade to Windows 11 which I did and it came out great. This machine runs like a top. Very fast, it doesn’t hang up waiting for things my older HP all In one used to. I bought the last machine 12 years ago and it is still running strong. HP Makes quality products. The keyboard is spacious and I get 5 hours of batter life. This is a winner for me. It didn’t have a…
