Pros: 7 day programmable, Can power CF bulbs, Programming is fairly easy. manual overide, seems like a solid build. Best of all the lights are on when i get home, and turn off automatically. Also nice for when i am away it looks like some one is there. Cons: Backlight would make it easier to see program status, but not a big deal. It is a tight fit in the box. It fit fine in mine, but i have a new house. It might not fit so easily in older boxes. Overall Review: No a con, but a wall plate might be nice. It did not matter in my install as i needed a plate for 3 total switches. I will buy more for other places in
