Pros: Auto fill with hose was easy and worked as expected with garden hose. No set up just plug in and turn on. Cons: I have a 3-car tandem garage so it is about 600 square feet. It keeps the tandem bay cool where the cool air is directed but the rest of the garage is only so-so. Thus it is only cooling 200 s.f. Overall Review: Although more expensive to operate I would look at a a/c unit or heat pump that could also provide heating during the winter. This unit is used in Las Vegas, NV so it should be in an optimum operating environment for a swamp cooler.
