Pros: It is very comfortable and easy to put together. The QR link to a video was very helpful. Cons: Have not come across any Overall Review: A problem came up that was 60% newegg’s fault and 40% my fault. I was embarrassingly rude to Homall customer service and they were nothing but professional and respectful. They handled the situation incredibly well that the only thing I could do was apologize for being so rude to them. Not only did they correct the situation, they also made me a life long customer. Great customer service is hard to find. Not to mention that after recieving the product I enjoy it immensely and it is of good quality for the price.

Pros: Nice looking chair, if you like the color combo, the sit takes a little bit to get use too but after you give it a chance, it feels pretty good, almost as good as a BMW seat. Easy to assemble, fast shipping, EXCELLENT Customer service. Do use a real screwdriver for the screws, allen wrench too if you have the proper sized one. Cons: The seat “throw” is a bit short, especially when the lumbar support is new and not compressed from sitting. The armrests are a bit low, for me (5’ 11”), and not adjustable but that’s my fault… I thought they were adjustable when I read the add. Overall Review: All in All it’s not a bad chair; you can certainly spend two -three time as much on a similar chair but at this price it’s a non issue… Than said, I suggest you go to a store that has a similar chair, same build and quality, to see if it’s right for you.

Pros: -The chair is very nice and sleek, compares to most racer chairs I have seen and used -Locking backrest and lumbar pillow are very nice and relieved a lot of pressure off of my back – Good height range to fit my desk, as it sits a little taller than most Cons: -Non-adjustable armrests aren’t ideal, but it works perfectly with my setup -Cushioning is a little stiff on the bottom, but may just need to be broken in more -A lot more flimsy plastic cover with 1-2 screw holding it in place. More would be nice to make the covers on the hinges seem so flimsy Overall Review: -Overall, I suggest this chair if you want something with good support in the racer style for a low cost, maybe just snag an extra cushion to bring it right where you want it -If you want adjustable arm rests, you may want to look somewhere else!

Pros: -Height is perfect. The head pillow rests perfectly behind my head (I’m 6′ 1″) My older office chair didn’t go up that high and I was never able to rest my head on the back. -Locking mechanism is great! I can actually lock the chair at the angle I want and lean back without having the chair keep on dipping further down. I personally can’t imagine having a reason for laying all the way back, but when I was testing it, the chair starts to get a little wobbly. I’m 240 pounds and when I lay flat it can get a little scary. If you were over 250, you would not be able to lean back without the chair falling backwards. -I was able to put it together without too much hassle and didn’t even need help from the internet to complete it. – Overall a very comfortable chair that was well worth the $110 I paid for it. I’m happy ill be taking it to college. Cons: -None for me! Overall Review: -Because of the high back and the pillow placements, if you are a shorter person, you wouldn’t be able to fully utilize this chair. I doubt the head pillow would work that well and the back pillow would be too large for a smaller person. It’s almost too big for me to use well.

Pros: Just put it together, took about 2+hours,everything fit properly. Feels study, not cheap. I’m 6’2, 280 lbs, plenty of room for my fat buttocks. Great deal for $109 shipped in 5 days. Cons: Terribly small instructions, hard to read. Overall Review: 5 Stars.

Pros: comfortable, easy to assemble, sturdy Cons: Gas lift didn’t work on mine Overall Review: I made a review after assembling my chair regarding the gas lift not working and Homall’s customer service team contacted me shortly after offering to send me a new gas lift free of charge, I replaced the lift and it worked and so I’m writing a new review and giving 5 stars for quality and customer service

Pros: Nice design, decent comfort Cons: The chair height has started to lower itself slowly while sitting in the chair. It wasn’t too noticeable at first, but now I can start a gaming session and within the first 30 minutes I can feel the chair start lowering all the way down to the bottom. It’s a consistent struggle to keep standing up and raising the height of the chair. Overall Review: Okay price, decent comfort, but the problem with the height makes me disinterested in purchasing another computer chair from this company in the future.
