Pros: No ongoing fees to utilize the capabilities of the unit! Easy installation. Cons: App uses enough background power on smartphone that I get messages suggesting closing it to save power. Overall Review: Very happy with the purchase. The holiday ringtones generated several smiles and comments. Have a brand R on another door, and got annoyed at having to pay a fee to use the capabilities.

Pros: Great product when brand new Cons: Refurbished is terrible, stated “like new” and it was horribly scratched and not worth the discount; they could have at least changed the housing. Overall Review: Like it, but not refurbished.

Pros: – good video quality – remote access – relatively easy install (replacement of old wired door bell) – support 2 wireless chimes (maybe it can work with more, but I have 2), so you can place them at different levels – the same app can be used for door bell and cameras – alexa integration (I didn’t try others, so do not mention them). – human detection works pretty good – possibility to send human detection event to other devices (e.g. trigger routine on alexa). I saw this functionality, but didn’t use, so can’t say how good it is Cons: These are not really cons for me, but I assume for someone they can be important: – needs wires – it doesn’t replace security camera, because video storage is inside the door bell, so it can be destroyed by thief. Overall Review: I see that people complain about quality of refurbished door bell. I personally didn’t have any issues with refurbished one, also didn’t notice any cosmetic issues, but maybe I was just lucky. I’d definitely recommend the product, but if you’re do not wish to have surprises, pay more for new item

Pros: Great product easy setup to use if the package comes with the correct QR code. It took me a while to found out the QR code came with the package wasnt match the doorcam itself. But after I found the correct QR code on the doorcam, the setup was pretty easy. Cons: As what you seem on the picture, the doorcam itself is 90 degrees angles to the door, so the doorcam has a blind spot. Even use the attachment came with the package it still need at least 17 degrees. Overall Review: I like the product

Pros: I purchased this product for my rental properties. I like that they’re are no monthly fees and the doorbell records even if there is no internet presentb unlike competitors. Overall Review: I like the product and have purchased multiples after testing a few.

Pros: Good video quality, great functionality like HDR, Face detection, motion detection. Doesn’t require monthly subscription is a huge plus. Cons: Very unstable, doorbell constantly restarts in live view mode, or when trying to access video stored on the device. The doorbell always freezes and restarts, rendering it useless. Overall Review: Not sure if it’s software or hardware issue, but the instability and constant restarting makes the doorbell pretty much useless.
