Cons: Ordered the 16 GB kit (2 x 8 GB). At first, my PC indicated the full amount of RAM was installed, but only half of it was usable. Did some trouble shooting, and found that with one of the sticks installed, the computer booted. With the other, it would not, no matter which RAM slot it was in. Overall Review: – Windows 10 crashes frequently despite product is shown as compatible with my DELL Inspiron 3268 Desktop. – Replaced with the original DELL provided 4GB RAM and it worked fine.

Pros: Newegg support was helpful. Cons: Product is unreliable. Overall Review: Only one of the 16G RAM sticks worked. Second stick was defective, was returned and replaced. Replacement caused system to crash after a few minutes. Got a refund for second stick. Now, after 2 months of use, first stick causes system to crash on startup. Glad I saved the RAM my machine came with. No problem with it. If you are considering Crucial RAM, better to just avoid it.
