Pros: Fewer cables to disconnect when moving my PC. Can’t hear a difference compared to the Sound Blaster Z card I was using. Physical volume knob. Cons: Rear connectors aren’t color coded. Overall Review: I disabled the software options that change how things sound, I prefer my games and music ‘as written’. The software also allowed me to upgrade the unit’s firmware, no problems.

Pros: Excellent sound, easy to configure. Easily updated by software that goes with it Cons: Had a few out of the box issues that were fixed with a firmware upgrade, wasn’t a super easy thing to troubleshoot but after running the update software back to awesome. Overall Review: I would definitely recommend this to others, soundblaster has done it again!

Pros: 32bit 192kHz analog 5.1 glory Cons: Ring light around the volume knob is always on. Would be nice if you could turn it off in software. Overall Review: Back in my day, video games didn’t have digital 5.1. You used an analog 5.1 amp to typically only get quadraphonic surround. Decades later, the amp still does me well, but PCI slots aren’t a thing anymore and I dislike the lack of control with onboard audio. Good ol’ Sound Blaster to the rescue with this X3. If you’re picky about audio,…

Pros: Great sound Flexible Great replacement for motherboard audio Cons: Not sure on reliability Overall Review: First, let me be clear, this is a nice unit, when it works right. Great replacement for motherboard audio. First unit I bought, the Line-In burned out and quit working within 60 days or so. Creative was good and replaced the unit, no problem. However, this second unit doesn’t power on half the time that I boot my computer, it needs to be unplugged and plugged back in, then it…

Pros: Need to troubleshoot further, but its having issues on coldboot. None of my other usb peripherals are having this issue. Its plugged into a usb 3.1 port. Overall Review: Well worth it if you play competitive FPS games and have a nice pair of cans.

Pros: – Easy to start with – Looks nice – Software bloat not as bad as older Creative products I have used – Color coded lights to indicate mode on the DAC case itself Cons: None really Overall Review: I had been running an old internal sound card from Creative since 2010. My cats were playing around and got caught in my headphone cable and torqued the card out of the PCI slot, ruining it. I needed a replacement. I found this pretty quickly. It sounds better than the old card. I was always…

Pros: I work remotely, and I like good gear, so I decided to give this a try. Physically this thing is beautiful, very heavy and has an air of quality. Its a work of art. Cons: Ok the software is bad, and I am shocked because the ‘Soundblaster Connect’ that came with previous USB soundcards was very good. The new software is called ‘SoundBlaster Command’ * It supports firmware upgrades, but for me it has not yet worked * It supports driver updates, but the process is weird (asks me if I want…

Pros: Easy to use Simple and useful software 7.1 ch analog and optical speaker output. made by quality and robust materials, when I take it my hand ı can feel quality, it doesn’t feel cheap. Microphone noise reduction and voice clarity features work well but it’s not as perfect as Nvidia Broadcast. Voice Morph is really fun Cons: it’s doesn’t support multiple outputs. But Onboard audio (new and old mobos) can do…. for example, ı want to hear Discord sounds via headphones and game sounds…
