Pros: This printer is very quiet and prints quickly. I like it’s compact size. I replaced an almost-new inkjet with this laser printer and am very happy I did. It’s great for mono printing, it has a paper tray that holds a lot of paper and always feeds perfectly, and the upper paper feed is great for 2-sided printing. I would buy a Brother color laser printer if I had the room for it. Cons: I can’t find any things I’m not happy with so far. Overall Review: I would buy this again, it has been problem and bug free so far.

Pros: Printer is straightforward in setup, easy to figure out. When I need to print something it works without fail. I’ve owned the printer about 8 months as of this review and it’s been flawless. Cons: None. Overall Review: Great for someone who does not need high volume printing, nor color printing. Well thought out design, small footprint, easy access for toner, loading paper and removing paper jams.

Pros: Easy to set up, print out is crisp, no jams (so far). Very happy! Cons: Hoping I can use Drum unit that came with Brother HL-L2320D with your TN660 toner cartridge. Your representatives told me That I could! Overall Review: Excellent so far!

Pros: Cheap Fast if you print single sided Cons: I haven’t been able to print a single duplex page. It prints the first side, but when the page is pulled back to print the other side, it stops halfway and goes in “paper jam” – not actually a paper jam tho. Just to make things even more fun, once you open the back door to “unjam” the paper, it restarts the print, in duplex mode. The only way to stop the madness is to unplug the printer because the power button won’t turn it off. It also doesn’t have wifi, which is also annoying. Overall Review: Maybe I just have a bad unit, but I’m furious it won’t print in duplex.
