Pros: Good selection of ports, HDMI and USB keyboards/cameras work well Cons: Cannot use a mouse, input is laggy and cursor jumps. Having to plug the mouse in separately defeats the ability to use the hub for switching computers at a workstation. Overall Review: If you don’t intend on putting a mouse in this hub, it’s a quality product and well built. If you need mouse support, buy something else.

Pros: – size – HDMI with audio – has gigabit ethernet with link lights – power delivery (PD) works Cons: – some people may dislike that it gets warm, but this is expected with an aluminum device – the USB-C cable has nowhere to tuck when not in use Overall Review: Did some initial testing with two of these USB-C hubs, one at a time, on a Macbook Air M1, and both hubs performed well. Tests: 1. connected USB-C power adapter, and verified Macbook charges 2. connected ethernet to gigabit switch…

Pros: Meets power requirements for running DEX on a Fold 3. Tried 3 other docks that claimed to have the capacity all other’s drained power. Cons: Armored USB-C connection would generally be good, but is not very flexible. A little difficult to use with my phone. Overall Review: Very solid product

Pros: Looks nice, stays cool under load, no issues supporting 2K monitor @75 Hz Cons: Impacts Logitech wireless mice controllers (lags, momentary freezing), even when dongle is plugged into a dedicated host port. Disabled neighboring USB A port when dock plugged in. No other dock, I own several, behaves this way. Dock emits noticable, high pitched squeal when network port heavily loaded. Overall Review: Not ready for primetime; too many issues. Returned.
