Pros: Came packaged nicely. All that was said to be inside the box was inside the box. Cons: Could not do anything with this item! Nothing happened when I plugged it into my USB port. Tried finding information for using it on the web. Nothing. And this is NOT RETURNABLE! So I have lost money for a product that I could not get to work on my computer. Overall Review: I would not recommend this product as I can’t tell how it works since it didn’t work for me and is not returnable. And I got this for my personal use as I am retired but when setting up this account it seemed to insist on my picking from work options.

Pros: Works like a champ. Great video and good sound quality from the mics. A great bargain too. Was able to easily config in Win 10 Pro. Works great with zoom and Skype. Cons: None so far. Overall Review: Bought this for work and plan on buying several more for work and even one for my home use.

Pros: Clear video Cons: Asus didn’t seem to have any software to go along with this camera at the time I purchased this. I haven’t checked back yet. Overall Review: Great for the price. I haven’t tried using the mic feature yet.
