Overall Review: Everything just worked. Not a single issue. Built in sound impressed me the most, though my old H170 board had terrible static noise. The BIOS flash from USB button worked perfectly as well so I could just pop in my new Ryzen 5600x and get going.

Pros: -supported 5900x with no bios update needed -better memory support than most x570 boards including higher end boards -released Q4 2020, many updates on this board compared to older models -great price for the feature set Cons: -none, since the board is newer most people are glossing over this as a choice Overall Review: Did a lot of research on x570 MB and this came out as a great choice. Has a newer memory topology which supports very high DD4 speeds, and since it was released…

Pros: – Intel Wifi 6 – Intel Lan – Front Usb type c Gen 3.2 (the fast one) – Minimal and tasteful RGB – Good IOMMU Grouping making GPU Pass through feasible. – Military ruggedness….. well… sort of. Cons: The intel 2.5 Gigabit Lan failed. Upon installation I noticed that the Gigabit Lan would drop out and come back, occasionally. I figured this was related to old drivers and part of me getting the machine up and running. However during a 3D Mark TimeSpy run where I was stress testing the…

Pros: -Flashback Button -On-Board Wi-Fi -Easy to use BIOS/UEFI Cons: -IO Shield hole for flashback button is not perfect Overall Review: Reason why I gave this 4 eggs is because of the IO shield being in the way of the flashback button. I installed this on one of my computers before flashing the BIOS and was wondering why the LED was flashing for an hour straight. I found that the button was being held down by the IO shield itself, so you would either have to flash the BIOS prior to…

Pros: – Nice look, not too flashy or over-stylized. Would go well with just about whatever style you’re going for with your case. – Wifi works good, just place the antenna up in a decent spot and you’ll get full-bars in most cases – Aura Sync for all your RGB needs. Cons: – Edit: Google “PSA ASUS Intel I225-V reddit” and you’ll see that the LAN adapter on this board has a history of issues. Supposedly Revision 3 fixed the issues, which my board apparently has. But after a week with the…

Pros: All the functionality that you can expect from a X570 board. Cons: Bios reset button, though very useful, doesn’t fit properly in the backplate. Sometimes it gets stuck. I think the hole is not properly aligned with the button and I’ve seen the same complaint everywhere. Overall Review: Recommended, with the caveat that you may want to fit and fiddle with the screws, etc even enlarge the hole for the bios reset button.

Pros: – Pretty – Lots of connectors – Easy flashing of BIOS (once you overcome the inability to push the button, see below) – Price. It had some nice features that were only found on other boards in a much higher price point. Cons: – Not SLI compatible. This one is on me for not researching more. I was upgrading from a system based on a B450 board where I had wanted to do SLI and saw I needed a X470 in order to do this. When building this new system, I picked X570 and expected it to work. It…

Pros: – 5v DRGB for sick RGB 2.0 – No issues with Intel NIC after installing the driver (using Cat7E – SSTP rated for cabling). – No issues with the face plate covering the button as other users reported. – No issues with slow mouse in bios as other users reported (800 dpi mouse) – Has BIOS update available for USB drop out fix on 5000 series ryzen processors – Drivers installed seamlessly, which was surprising as someone coming from decades of other brands. Its hard to know when the install…
