Pros: I have never had a laptop that performed like this one, especially while staying so cool (temperature-wise). It really feels like it’s on another level with the 12950HX processor and 3080 Ti, and just destroys any task I ask of it. It also it really pretty thin and light for a gaming laptop, really impressive and compared to my 2017 acer predator 17x it’s light and super-thin in comparison. Touchpad feels nice. Cons: The 240hz screen isn’t g-sync, but is still awesome. The UV design on the back of the lid is just a gimmick and pretty pointless. The interchangeable little plates on the side behind the screen are also pointless. The red preference key thingy on the right always feels loose and comes out easily / has no real point. Overall Review: Despite some questionable design decisions, this is the current peerless king of 17″ gaming laptops and I would recommend it without hesitation. Oh and I hope to be getting a warranty extension from ASUS for posting this, but my opinions here are not coerced in any way.

Pros: – Laptop is a power house and can run more gpu intensive games at good frame rates. – Keystone is kinda gimmicky but it is a cool add-on if you customize it to your own liking. Cons: – The only negative I have at the moment is the dead pixel on the top left of the screen. When unpacked and opened the laptop, the first thing I notice when turning it on is that dead pixel. If I’m going to spend this much for a laptop, I would hope that the screen at the least would have nothing wrong with it. Overall Review: – The laptop is very good and can probably run any game at 60 fps at the minimum but the price compared to what I got really determined the score I’m going to give it. I’ve heard from a friend that playing games could possibly fix the issue and if it does, this will be 5/5 score but if it doesn’t I’m leaving at a 3/5 and return it for a new one. Possibly changing the score of the new one is dead pixel free.
