Overall Review: The CMOS battery was DOA and needed to be replaced. Other than that, this desktop worked as expected. In case anybody runs into a similar issue, the CMOS battery for this particular model is hidden in the lower left side of the motherboard, behind the GPU. You need to remove the GPU to see it.
