Overall Review: Ok my son has been waiting over 5 years for a nice gaming computer. This was for Christmas/Graduation. A friend of mine did research for days and picked this one for him. Pros: No Cons: The first laptop came and had issue with charging, no lights if plugged in the power adapter and did not power on at all. Replaced to the second Brand New laptop and the same problem- no lights when plugged in the power adapter, does not power on. Looks like this series has factory issues with quality. Overall Review: Does not recommend to buy this specific series.

Pros: -Cost -Upgraded specs when bought here at Newegg compared to the same model elsewhere (16gb system ram vs 8gb configured at other popular online retailers) -Upgradable system memory and storage -Surprisingly little bloatware from a system builder -Free Xbox game pass if you care about that Cons: -I wish the backlit keys would allow for a different color selection.
