Pros: It works, fast shipping. Cons: Not 475 Sq. ft. Operates Room Size, really 390 Sq. ft. Overall Review: I bought this over the others and paid more because I was led to believe that this unit was for a larger room.
Not true, Buyer beware.
On a side note it is always upsetting when they lower the price hours after you purchase.
Lesson learned, do your research ask questions, be happy not mad.

Pros: After running for a week this HEPA air filter, the spore trap report really showed the benefits. Huge reduction in spore count.
They are large in size but they are really light. Cons: The noise in medium or high could be a little annoying. Overall Review: We really happy wit this product. We purchased two units and located them near the air returns. They both are doing the job as the spore trap test proved.
The only issue might the high noise in medium and high modes.
