Cons: Literally everything else. -Terrible, unreliable wireless signal that will lose signal within the same room if you so much as turn your head so that the left earcup is not faced towards your PC. -Loses signal outside of the same room entirely. -Not at all the advertised wireless range -Poor microphone quality (Sure. You can tinker with blue voice settings, but you’ll spend a LOT of time trying to tweak these advanced sliders for your voice and even then, how it sounds to others through Discord will vary.) -Has issues with Discord: If this headset loses signal while you are connected to discord, you will lose audio or microphone or both until you turn the headset off, disconnect from voice, turn the headset back on, and reconnect to voice again. Overall Review: I am so disappointed in this headset. it advertises 15 meters of wireless range and that just isn’t the case. It loses signal the moment I step out of my small room. It also has issues with discord. When it loses connection, I often have to turn the headset off completely and back on to get either sound or microphone use back, but other times, I still have to disconnect from voice in Discord and reconnect back to it to get audio or microphone use back. I gave up my arctis 7 for this. The arctis 7 only advertises 12m of wireless range, but I was able to be anywhere in my apartment, out on my patio and even downstairs in the laundry room without losing signal. This headset advertises 15m of wireless range, but is only reliable within the same room of my PC and this is so disappointing. It will lose signal in the same room if I turn so that the left earcup is not pointed toward my PC! This is aweful. The only thing this headset has going for it that I like is the comfort and leather pad on the headband that doesn’t pull or thin our my hair like the other headsets. Why do I have to sacrifice ALL OTHER benefits of a wireless headset just to keep my hair healthy and be comfortable? People tell me my voice breaks up or sounds aweful. I am so incredibly disappointed and I have only had the headset for a week. I will be returning and refunding this headset.
