Pros: – Laptop is good and as advertised. It is almost like new. Cons: – Power supply for laptop was really the only thing that looked used. – I ordered this for a Christmas present and was worried that it would not make it in time. Something occurred with my first order and I was worried that I was getting scammed. Upon contacting the seller, they immediately looked into the situation and shipped out another laptop.
