Pros: Amazing performance. Stays cool for a gaming laptop. Excellent battery life with Nvidia Optimus. Cons: Nvidia Optimus bypassed only via USB-C: Optimus can reduce performance by a little or a lot depending on the game. Overall Review: Incredible performance. I’m coming from an Asus laptop with a GTX 1070 and an i7 6700HQ, and this is a major upgrade. Pros: 115+15 watt 3070 is a major upgrade over my previous 80w 1660ti Impressive cooling – with manual fan curve my cpu hasnt gone over 84*c. Gpu hits 75 max in warzone. Armoury crate resource monitoring shows cpu and gpu frequency, temperature, and usage to keep an eye on how the system is performing.
