Pros: Love the backlit keyboard. Cons: It was listed as a grade-B refurb, but I’m giving it a D. First of all, it arrived missing half the advertised RAM. These things happen, and the vendor made good on it, so there’s 2 eggs instead of no eggs. But the battery won’t charge, even after running BIOS and battery management firmware updates. While on the HP site gathering firmware updates, I saw that this model laptop is subject to an extended battery recall. I considered just buying a new…

Pros: I received the laptop in just a few days. I charged it up turned it on and it was ready to go. I performed some testing and it passed with flying colors. Very pleased. Cons: No Cons to speak of. Overall Review: I would recommend this product and would buy again. It saved me a ton and now I can buy a new printer and still be within my budget. Thank you !

Pros: very clean good running refurb.! I did upgrade to a 1tb SSD and added another 8g stick i had laying around, and it’s SUPER quick for what it is, my kid Loves it. Overall Review: The laptop is little heavy and old but it is still good for basic/regular use not for big games. 8G memory is still good size and you can upgrade to 16G. 500G HDD is good size but upgrading to SSD will make big difference, planing to do it. The wifi card is not bad. The processor is not upgradable and my be integrated to the motherboard. In general, this laptop is good for regular use , surfing the internet, watching videos in youtube and so on.

Overall Review: I needed a new laptop for a work from home job. The IT guy did a full system review and this laptop was above and beyond what I needed. The laptop itself is in beautiful, like new condition. I can not recommend this product and this seller enough. It came running Windows 10 pro and was in ready to go when powered up.
